Exchanges for damaged items (if applicable)
If you receive your item in a damaged condition due to shipping, please let us know about the problem within 7 days of receiving the product. Send us an email with a photo of the item and its packaging to ninjabrod.pro@gmail.com, we will offer you a free exchange of the same product. Once the exchange is validated, we will send you the shipping information that you must use to make a return to us.
*Please take a photo of the damaged packaging before opening it, this will serve as proof that the item was damaged during transport.
Damaged Item Refund
If during delivery of the package, the item is damaged by the carrier;
We offer you an exchange or a refund of this same item. To be able to benefit from a refund, please take a photo of the package received damaged, this photo will serve as proof that the package has been damaged by the carrier. Once this is done, please attach the photo as well as your contact details and your request by email. We will get back to you with precise instructions within 48 hours.
To be issued a full refund, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges regarding size
If upon receipt of the item, you do not find it in your size and would like an exchange, you have 14 days to express your request.
To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, the sweatshirt must not show any signs of use or deterioration, even unintentional .
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
If your request is approved, then your item in the size you want will be sent to you within the same time frame as the first shipment.
Shipping
To return a product, an email regarding the shipping information that you must fill in will be sent to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
